How have I stayed out of the ER/hospital/doctors office for over 20 years?

 How have I stayed out of the ER/hospital/doctors office for over 20 years? 
Some of these things you need to KEEP in your household at all times. 

#1 Apple cider vinegar

2. Raw Garlic 

3. Black pepper- use it on your food, in tea and in cooking often. 

4. Ground ginger

5. Herbal teas 

6. Peroxide 

7. Alcohol 

8. A plethora of cooking herbs.( Herbs are very good for you).

9. Bleach

10. Take supplemental vitamins daily! 

11. Onions: do not always cook onions with food sometimes throw them in, diced and raw. 

12.Drink alot of Spring water, also drink alkaline water often as well- also always drink water first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything else.

13.Tea tree oil

14. Do not let this world, people and your personal traumas turn you: bitter/angry, and let go of and heal never ending sadness ( because sadness is actually a real and healthy emotion, it is meant to help you cleanse, heal and pinpoint and it shows you have a loving heart, but if your sad everyday or all day, it's something going on within you) i.e depression.  

15. Walk barefoot outside as often as you can. 

16. Practice a positive spiritual life/ belief system DAILY. ( For me is a plethora of things but especially my belief in a higher power- God). 

17. Exercise often. 

18. Allow yourself to be childlike sometimes. Have fun often. 

19. Try to have a vegetable with each main meal you eat- often. And yes I eat meat! 

20. Do not join into a relationship or marriage with a toxic person. (You can actually feel this within your body, it will alert you) As soon as it becomes toxic!! Leave!! Trust me when I say. This can kill you! The person you end up partnering up with is just as important as the food you eat!

I have never had to go to the doctor or emergency room for nothing in almost 20 years. I have never had to be on any long term medications. I'm about to be 44 years old. 

Now this is no shade against doctors or the medical field because it is still much needed and whose to say I won't also need the medical field for myself in the future. 

Always consult a physician for major health issues. 

Some things just simply require a strong medication. Do not deny yourself this!
